Description
Emergency Homeless shelter for single women and women with children. We are located in French Camp, California. Just south of Stockton. We serve all of San Joaquin County. Haven of Peace was established in 1959, we are celebrating 50 years of service!
Clients stay at our facility free of charge. They are sheltered, fed three meals and three snacks per day, and all of their hygiene needs are given to them and their children free of charge.
Our mission is: "We are committed to provide our residents with tools that help them become self-sufficient. Our aim is to show the women and children of our shelter, the forgiveness and love of Jesus Christ, which we believe fosters good decision-making and healthy living."
We provide case management, referrals, job search, transitional housing (if qualifited), support groups, and lay counseling.
