HTLC is a non-profit total LifeCare Center. We are part of a family of 25 LifeCare Centers across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We promote life-affirming choices for young people making lifestyle choices and dealing with unplanned pregnancies. Our services include free pregnancy testing, counseling, parenting classes, education and support.
