Description
Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center’s mission is to lessen the trauma and heal the hurt of abuse to children and their families through interviewing, therapy, victim services, investigation and prosecution. As of July 2005, Harmony Home has interviewed more than 2,780 children, provided victim services to approximately 1,325 non-offending caregivers, (victim services coordination became an integral part of the organization in 1997), and provided over 11,400 therapy and/or counseling sessions to children and their family members. Our maxim is: “Together…breaking the silence, healing the hurt”.
