A cross-cultural, cross-racial plan to redevelop a poor section of Franklin, TN by way of energizing the local community and the community at large to engage the poor through repairing/restoring housing, new home construction aimed at low income with a silent second mortgage, free/reduced fees for service (e.g. attorney, financial planning, private education, etc.).
