Description
HARC was founded in 1951 by parents of children with intellectual disability and related challenges(formerly known as mental retardation). We assist persons at all levels of disability, from minor developmental delays to autism and intellectual disability, and their families by advocating for their human and civil rights and be providing community-based services through-out their lives: infant education, family support, residential services, employment opportunties, respite care, recreation, summer camp, adult day services, behavioral health, elderly enrichment services and advocacy.
