We are an action oriented agency; identifying,
executing and delivering solutions to end
homelessness. The success of our solutions has
fueled our growth— Harbor Homes is one of
the largest provider of permanent supportive
housing for the chronically homeless, and the
largest employer of persons recovering from
mental illness, in the state of New Hampshire.
Our 25 year history of service creates stability
and improved outcomes for our clients while
reducing public costs for our community.
