Description
Harbor House Collaborative programs provide a continuum of care for homeless and low-income alcohol and substance abusers. The Harbor House Living program provides transitional housing, treatment and intensive case management. The Harbor House Clinic provides multi-dimensional services to individuals and the general public in need of counseling, as well as, group counseling, comunity-based groups, outreach, and public education programs to minimize the harm that alcohol and drug use has on individuals, families, the community and society. The Harbor House Collaborative meets a critical gap in services to the most underserved populations in our community: the homeless, the uninsured, and the underinsured.
