With a Skilled Rehab wing, a long term care wing and a dementia wing this facility meets the needs of its residents with great skill and care in a 24/7 setting. With activities and a variety of outings the residents are kept engaged and working towards their individual goals and needs. Recently rated as a 4 star facility by CMS, the management and staff take great pride in their work and in meeting the residents individual needs. Working towards culture change and making the facility even more home like and personable, the need for funds to make changes require a quite creative method of meeting these goals.
