Description
Non-profit medical facility with a separate Pediatric location that treats the uninsured and indigent. We have been in existence since 1970. We specialize in preventative primary medical care. We offer the following medical services: General Medicine, GYN, Pediatric services. We have OB referrals to two local Ob's for prenatal care. We also have a Mental Health component and have a clinical psychologist on staff.
We have an Outreach program which mentors to the teen age population in the Harbor Area. These same teens can return to the medical component for treatment if needed.
The Harbor Community Clinic has recently become a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike facility. This enables the clinic to treat contracted HMO and IPA patients-medical only-such as Blue Cross, Care 1st, Molina, Healthy Kids etc.
It has always been our mission to promote the health of the entire family since this has a direct impact on the overall health of the community.
