Description

ACTS (Active Christians Together In Service) is a Benevolence Outreach from the Harbor Assembly of God in Navarre, Florida which meets such needs as food & clothing for the elderly, financially, or physically disabled. For 11 years, ACTS has brightened the holidays for thousands of people needing assistance with food and gifts for the holidays. The Clothing Ministry is a vital part of our Christmas outreach. We are also heavily involved in supplying school clothes to children in need. The Bread Ministry provides bread and baked goods to people with food needs. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan, Dennis, and Katrina we were able to share the Spirit of Giving and gave a message of hope and healing to literally thousands of people by providing 74 Penske and 38 Semi Truckloads of food and essential supplies to those that were suffering as victims of the hurricanes. The outreach is totally supported by contributions and pledges.
