Description

Happy Tails Rescue was founded in January 2005. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization. We are a no-kill rescue consisting of a small group of unpaid volunteers who are trying to contribute by finding good, loving homes for the many homeless animals out there. Along with most rescue groups, we believe there is an enormous problem (not only in the state of Minnesota, but in our country) with pet overpopulation.
