Hands for Change is a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization that serves all of York County, Pennsylvania. Hands for Change’s mission is to educate, empower and inspire all individuals to actively respond to the needs of York County through meaningful service and leadership opportunities that will promote and create positive change in our communities all the while glorifying God. We envision a time when every individual in York County feels empowered and inspired to make a difference in their communities, and as a result, touching the lives of their neighbors and experiencing change in their own lives.
