Handicapped Equestrian Learning Program (HELP) rescues abandoned, neglected, and abused equines, rehabilitates these wonderful animals, then provides these horses with a job - teaching handicapped children how to ride. HELP is a non-profit organization that has been in existence for 20 years and is solely funded through volunteer time and donations.
