Description
HALO is a small, non-profit, Missouri state licensed rescue organization created to save homeless animals. We do not have a facility, all animals are in foster homes.
We are located in west central Missouri. We started HALO primarily to help out a rural, high kill pound that we volunteered at. We are trying to expand our foster home base so that we can help other area shelters.
All of our animals are adopted into screened homes, or transferred to other reputable rescue groups. We could not save as many animals as we have without the help of these other groups and our volunteers!
