Description
Guardianship Services, Inc. (GSI) is a nonprofit agency which provides guardianship and alternative services to legally and functionally incapacitated individuals who have no family member or friend willing, able, or suitable to serve in that capacity. Trained community volunteers serve as volunteer guardians, representing the best interest and protecting the rights of the incapacitated clients who have been referred to the Guardianship Program by the Tarrant County Probate Court. Volunteers also work with GSI's professional case managers in the Money Management Program. This program assists seniors with their financial affairs, enabling them to remain independent and in their own home for as along as possible.
