Description
The Greenwell Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing inclusive and universally accessible programs, services, and facilities at Greenwell State Park in Southern Maryland. The park is a 600-acre property in St. Mary's County, located on the banks of the lower Patuxent River. Programs include summer camps, horseback riding lessons, kayaking, and respite weekends for recovering servicemen and women. Facilities at the park are available for rent and include historic Rosedale Manor, the Knott Lodge, and the Quarter Creek Pavilion.
