Description

We are a small, not for profit animal rescue and sanctuary located in Marion, Pennsylvania. We currently house over two hundred animals, including chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, horses, iguanas, pigs, goats, and sheep on our nine acre property run out of a private residence! We recieve funds soley from donations and our own pocketbooks: we are a totally grassroots organization. Our animals live out their lives at our facility in peace and happiness, all of them having been saved from terrible fates: out of animal shelters before euthanasia, from disfiguring science experiments, from uneducated or malignant owners, and even worse. We are not non-profit as of yet, but have been nationally and internationally recognized by sources such as PeTA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), Dogs Deserve Better, and Farm Sanctuary.
