Description
Green Hill Cemetery Revitalization Fund is to restore the historic cemetery of good conditions. The cemetery houses one of only four monuments to African-American civil war soldiers and is listed on the National Historic Register. There are markers that need to be replaced, fence line cleared so that new fencing can be installed, dead trees removed and a retaining wall reconstructed.
