Description
Grafton Cares provides help and support of all ages in the towns of Grafton and Athens, Vermont. Our programs include a Wednesday lunch program, a Strong Living Program, financial assistance for fuel and clothing, Meals on Wheels, medical equipment, and welcome baskets for new residents.
