OUR MISSION:
Transforming lives through the power of work: Goodwill Southern California serves people with disabilities or other vocational challenges, as well as businesses, by providing education, training, work experience and job placement services.

In 2011 we provided career counseling, education, business and workforce development and other services to 100,662 unique individuals; business services including tax credit info, pre-screening of potential employees, job postings, free recruitment space and other business services to 7,140 businesses; and placed 9,596 job-seekers in good jobs in the community. Goodwill provides hope, jobs and brighter futures by giving not charity, but a chance.
