Description
Goodwill Industries of the Conemaugh Valley, Inc. (GICV) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization established to empower people with barriers to employment. GICV serves job seekers throughout South Central Pennsylvania in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Indiana and Somerset counties by providing education and career services as well as job placement and post-employment opportunities to job seekers. We operate 10 retail stores in six counties. In addition to generating supportive funding, these stores serve as workforce training sites for a number of the job training programs, preparing workers for job placement elsewhere in the community.
