Description
Good Shepherd Housing Foundation is dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing for persons with mental health disabilities and transitional housing with support services for families. The participants in our program were homeless or in imminent danger of homelessness upon program entry. All participants receive a high level of support services including an individualized service plan prepared by particapents with the help of case management.
