The fund-raising arm of Chronic Disease Fund - the nation's largest copay organization - Good Days™ is one of the few charitable organizations that provides financial assistance and medication to patients who cannot afford the medications they so desperately need. Chronic Disease Fund exists solely to improve the health and quality of life of patients with chronic disease, cancer, or other life-altering conditions. We believe that no one should have to choose between getting the medication they need and affording the necessities of everyday living.
