Description
The Godman Guild Association is a nonprofit social service agency formed in 1898 to promote strong families & strong communities in Central Ohio. The Guild’s programs provide a full range of services for both youth & adults, with the ultimate goal of making families strong & self-sufficient. The Guild’s programs focus on strengthening the family through academic enrichment & social skill development after school programming for children ages 5-19, Summer Youth Empowerment Program camps, summer teen employment, parent education & support activities, adult employment, education services, job readiness & GED classes. In addition, the Guild owns and operates Camp Mary Orton (CMO). CMO is host to the Leadership and Challenge Center, a full range of ground and high ropes initiatives designed to promote team work and problem solving, as well as a therapeutic Wilderness Bond program.
