What do you get when you pair the freedom and power of bike riding – with the most dedicated volunteers in the world – globalbike. Children throughout the developing world are trying to survive and have a childhood while caring for siblings due to the tragic realities of disease and poverty. Every great community has a strong infrastructure of services available to those who need them, and just as we expect and count on these services – so do the children orphaned by disease and poverty. In the developing world, this infrastructure is reinforced and delivered by community care workers, men and women who volunteer their time to provide physical, social, and medical support .
