    about

Global Policy Forum monitors policy making at the UN, promotes accountability of global decisions, educates and mobilizes for global citizen participation, and advocates on vital issues of international peace and justice. GPF is a non-profit organization with consultative status at the UN. Through programs on the Security Council, Iraq, Social/Economic Policy, NGOs, UN Finance, UN Reform and International Justice, GPF works to strengthen international law and create a more equitable and sustainable global society. The website is GPF's major outreach vehicle, attracting 150,000 visitors every week. Students, scholars, journalists, NGO staff, diplomats, UN officials, and concerned citizens from all over the world, use the site to stay informed about the UN and global policy. GPF also provides interviews to media, bringing alternative interpretations into many mainstream media outlets. Through the internship program, GPF trains university students and young professionals on global issues.
