Global Justice Initiative, Inc. (GJI) is a Washington, D.C.-based 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to protecting and empowering underserved, disadvantaged and marginalized populations, and promoting plenary access to justice and equal enjoyment of rights.

GJI's principle program of work is our ACCESS initiative to develop and promote the proper use of mediation to resolve international parental kidnapping and cross-border child custody disputes, and ensure that children have appropriate access to both parents.

GJI's Language Access & Linguistic Integration (LALI) is a clearinghouse designed to arm advocates with the resources to address the language barriers that impede more than 25 million persons residing in the United States from accessing critical resources and services necessary for their safety and wellbeing, and for the safety and wellbeing of their dependents.
