Welcome to Global Action Foundation (GAF) Global Action Foundation (GAF), a United States 501c3 non-profit organization, funds initiatives that alleviate global poverty. A group of young professionals incorporated GAF in June 2006 to help eradicate extreme poverty and improve human development.
