Description
We are a nonprofit (501c3) Volunteer organization whose purpose is to redistribute fresh food to families in need. We send our trucks on 75+ gleaning runs per wk to rescue excess fresh food off wholesalers' docks. We have distribution sites in 7 NE FL counties, sort & re-distribute the food free of charge to families in need. Our organization (200+ volunteers) worked over 50,000 hrs, fed over 200,000 with over $3.8 million in excess fresh bread and produce in 2006.
