Girls Write Now, Inc. (GWN) is the only organization in the New York area that pairs teenage girls-- who have a desire to improve their writing skills-- with professional women writers, editors and publishers, who serve as their mentors. Through one-on-one meetings, monthly workshops, and annual events, GWN provides these girls with lasting skills, a seven-genre portfolio, and the opportunity to express themselves fully and powerfully.
