This organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and literary purposes, which includes creating an environment that enhances the well being of urban youth, by providing leadership, educational resources, training and research in life skill promotion with an emphasis on sexuality and health education. The specific purposes for which the corporation has been formed are as follows: Empowering girl's ages 10-17 to express their views, feel connected, proficient and secure. With countless pressures from peers, school and the media Girlfriends Talk Inc. will counter these challenges and offer an outlet for girls to release and discover. Girlfriends Talk is currently holding workshops at the Percy Jackson Youth Center in Hempstead NY
