Girl Scouts of River Bluffs Council serves over 9500 girls ages 5-17 and 3000 adults in 12 1/2 counties in southern Illinois. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.
