The Gilbert & Sullivan (G&S) Society of Shreveport is dedicated to presenting high quality musical productions of Gilbert & Sullivan operettas and other community theatricals appropriate to family viewing in an environment of fun. G&S of Shreveport promotes the tradition of classic musical theatre, especialy the works of Gilbert & Sullivan, through artistic and educational means. The G&S Society of Shreveport provides a showcase for talented performers, directors, designers, musicians, and technicians in the advancement of professional careers, provides training and performance opportunities for amateurs and semi-professionals, and presents family oriented entertainment for the widest possible audience.
