Description
The mission of The Georgia Philharmonic continues to be the enhancement of cultural life in the northern suburban arc of Metropolitan Atlanta. We strive to broaden the audience for classical music and provide an opportunity for local musicians to perform classical programming as part of an orchestra that plays at a level of some professional orchestras. Our mission includes an educational component in order to further enhance musical appreciation and provide the students in our area with the tools to understand and enjoy the beauty of classical music.
