Description

A 501( c) (3) non-profit organization, Chartered in Shelby County and Registered with the City of Memphis established by dues paying Alumni of Carver High School in Memphis TN to:
Work to enhance and promote the health, safety, educational, technical, and management skills of the students and the surrounding community of George Washington Carver High School.

Be for the benefit of all classes and enhance the School culturally and through extra-curricular an/or community activities, tutoring, and mentoring

Engage in charitable and related activities and provide scholarships to worthy students
