Description
We began as a revolutionary idea to help the working poor who had aged out of jobs and now needed a place to live that was safe, secure, and comfortable.
The Geneva Foundation’s sole purpose is to raise funds for operations, programs and endowment for the Charitable Programs of Presbyterian Homes. These programs provide housing, health and adult day services as well as other supportive services to older adults with limited financial resources.
Our founders, nearly a century ago, were inspired by a central goal – to provide a better way of life for older adults with limited financial means. In 1904, Presbyterian Homes responded to those displaced and isolated in an increasingly urban society with residential, medical, and community services.
