For more than a generation, the Geneseo Foundation has been making a difference for SUNY Geneseo by encouraging philanthropy to benefit the College and allocating contributions to assist students and faculty and build endowment.

During the past decade, gifts to the Foundation from loyal alumni, friends, and other sources have steadily increased, totaling more than $16.6 million. This continued growth in private support has been a significant factor in helping Geneseo become one of the nation's most outstanding public liberal arts colleges.



"Preserving a tradition of excellence" at SUNY Geneseo is the mission of the Geneseo Foundation and thousands of alumni, friends, faculty, staff, emeriti, parents, and corporations who contribute annual and special gifts help make this goal a reality. We are deeply grateful to all our benefactors.
