Description

The Department of Human Services (DHS) is Michigan's public assistance, child and family welfare agency. DHS directs the operations of public assistance and service programs through a network of over 100 county department of human service offices around the state.

Our particular office is located in Genesee County. Our unit is the Volunteer Services unit. We have fund raisers and donation drives to obtain furniture, appliances, household items, clothing, essential every day items for our clients in need. Our unit is run using volunteers.
