We are a public non-profit 501c3 recognized fundraiser.

What are we doing?
This foundation was set up for the sole purpose of raising private funds to accelerate a cure for Parkinson’s disease. This will be accomplished through various fundraisers, charitable contributions and donations.

Why are we doing this?
My mother was diagnosed with PD in 1996. I was diagnosed in 2001. I am not one to ask “why me”, so I allowed myself 5 minutes, literally, after my diagnosis to come to grips with this. More important to me, was my mother now feels guilty, thinking she gave her son this terrible disease. My goal is that this be the shortest-lived foundation in history. This foundation is determined to raise as much money as possible and donate 85-95% of all monies raised to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
