Description

FXB works at the global, regional and national levels in 18 different countries to support the world's orphans and vulnerable children left in the wake of the AIDS epidemic. FXB has over 87 programs that are designed in response to the specific needs of each community and are implemented on-site by over 500 locally recruited staff members. Our programs include sustainable community development, HIV/AIDS prevention, testing and counseling, comprehensive care and treatment, education and vocational training and advocacy and coalition building. All programs are aimed to reduce the impact of AIDS on society and more particularly on orphans and vulnerable children who suffer stigmatization, discrimination, social alienation and exploitation.
