Full Circle is a community-based, non-profit, organization working to address health equity by improving the overall health and well-being of those who are disproportionally affected by poor health outcomes. We recognize the need for intentional collaboration and strongly believe that when key community stakeholders work together with the community it serves, change is inevitable. Full Circle facilitates collaboration and information sharing between healthcare, academic, corporate, civic, faith-based and other community-serving organizations, so that together, we can provide health-related education and resources to the community in a more coordinated, effective, and efficient manner.
