Description
Friends of Yemin Orde (FYO) supports Yemin Orde Wingate Youth Village in Israel, which is home to more than 500 immigrant, disadvantaged and at-risk children and youth from 16 countries around the world. Located just south of Haifa in the Carmel Mountains, Yemin Orde is both a home and school environment. Founded in 1991, FYO raises funds for Yemin Orde from throughout the U.S. Programs and activities supported by FYO not only benefit the children of Yemin Orde but also their families, graduates dispersed throughout Israel, and many disenfranchised groups for whom Yemin Orde provides outreach programming.
