Atoll, Belize.FOTA has mininmal administrative costs so that nearly 100% of contributed funds go to conservation, education and research projects.
The demands of population growth and expanding coastal development are causing serious damage to coastal marine habits throughout the world. Destructive devopment practices, unsustainable commercial fishing and over-develpement are depleting coastal resources.
