Description
The Friends of the Maywood Library began in the fall of 1997. In 1998, The FOL was incorporated and became a registered 501(c)(3) organization. The purpose of the FOL is to promote awareness of the activities, services, resources and activities available at the Maywood Public Library. The group supports the development of the library through volunteerism and financial contributions. The Friends sponsor special library events including the annual Open House and participate in town events.
