Friends of the Habersham County Animal Shelter (FOHCAS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1998. FOHCAS runs the Habersham County animal shelter. We are concerned with stray pets and animal welfare in Habersham County. FOHCAS is governed by a volunteer board of directors. We host adoptions, humane education, and awareness events.
