Description

The core mission of THE FRIENDS OF THE CHARLESTOWN ANIMAL SHELTER, an all volunteer group, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the stray, abused, and abandoned animals that come to the Charlestown Animal Shelter. FOCAS provides a spay and neuter program, medical care, community education, and enrichment of every day living to facilitate finding loving, permanent homes for these animals.
