Description
The corporation is organized for purposes permitted to be exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) IRS Code, specifically the prevention of cruelty to animals. Its purposes are: (1) to raise funds for the rescue of injured, sick and abused wildlife that will be rehabilitated, maintained and released back to their natural wildlife habitat or other licensed faciity, and (2) to raise public awareness through educational outreach programs.
