Description

A public non-profit organization formed to taise funds to support and expand the animal care services of the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center. We seek health, comfort, freedom from fear, and a loving guardian for all of our homeless companion animals.
Our programs include dog training of center dogs to increase the adoptability of the dogs, medical expense fund to provide for the health needs of center animals, quality of life enhancement to provide financial support to create an environment of comfort and care for Center animals in order to reduce stress and prvent the development of behavior problems, and education to provide funding for education and outreach to adoptive persons and the public at large concerning the needs of companiion animals.
