The specific purpose of the Friends of Kaw Point Park, Inc. is to fund and construct the Lewis & Clark Historic Park at Kaw Point; to preserve the historical significance of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in Wyandotte County; and to support the park through special events, educational programming, fundraising, site clean-up and trail enhancement
