Description
Friends of Dumont Dunes is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to representing all those who enjoy off-road recreation at the Dumont Dunes Off Highway Recreation Area. Friends of Dumont Dunes (FoDD for short) provides a united voice to the Bureau of Land Management and other political, legislative and land management agencies, while promoting safe and proper use of the Area.
An all-volunteer, user-based organization, Friends of Dumont Dunes is on the forefront of issues facing the Dumont Dunes, acting as a liaison organization fighting for the rights of the duning community and focusing on enhancing the off-road experience.
We promote healthy land management and user partnerships through such activities as cleanups, conservation projects and educating within our community.
